We are delighted to extend our warmest welcome to the newest members to the Scania USA family, Isak Bokne, Charlotte De Geer, Sofia Fröjelin, and Jakob Reinholdsson. They join us from Scania’s Young Potential Trainee Program at Scania Group in Södertälje, Sweden. As trainees at Scania, each of them are a part of a global family committed to driving sustainable transport solutions and shaping the future of the industry.   The 15-month Trainee Program is designed to attract and prepare future leaders and ensure the long-term supply of talents to Scania. The program provides young potentials with a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience, where they have the opportunity to explore various areas of Scania’s business, develop key skills, and work alongside industry experts. Throughout the program, they are challenged, inspired, and supported to reach their fullest potential.   "The purpose of this rotation is to immerse trainees in Scania's customer-centric approach and organizational structure, fostering cultural exchange and skill development. It's a win-win opportunity for trainees and Scania business units to learn and benefit from each other's expertise and culture. We're honored that 4 out of the 16 trainees have elected to partner with us across Sales & Marketing, After Sales, and Human Resources departments at Scania USA for a 3-month period,” said Jorg Franzke, President at Scania USA.   Join us in welcoming Isak and Jakob to the Sales and Marketing department, Charlotte in the After Sales department, and Sofia in the Human Resources Department!
